ISO Rosy Cheeked Thom Yorke

Ok, this is driving me crazy, and I thought someone here might be able to help. In the late 1990s/early 2000s, I remember seeing either a cover or a photospread in one of the glossy music mags (Spin? Rolling Stone? Q?) featuring Thom Yorke. It was basically just a picture of his face, and the editors of whatever mag it was had let him pick out the parts of his face he would like to modify. The result was a photoshopped pic that got published alongside text indicating which parts Yorke wanted changed (i.e., "rosier cheeks," "straighter teeth"). The whole thing was pretty great, and I remember seeing it on the refrigerators of a couple of my friends during college. Unfortunately, I cannot find it anywhere online, nor can I track down anyone else who actually remembers seeing this photo.

Does anyone else happen to remember this? Or have a copy of said photo?

Pretty sure I've got that poster in a box in my spare room. I found it when we moved two years ago.

I've just realised that Thom looks like Jedward's weird uncle.
