Actually, Andy Partridge answers the question in the first song. He is the only one who talks about himself in first person as the one who murdered love. We have a confession from the murderer himself. Elementary, my dear Watson!

Their 3-4 worst ever songs are largely on "Go 2" although that one is hardly my favourite either.

Nah, White Music and Wasp Star are their worst, although the latter has redemptions (first 2 + last 2 tracks + Boarded Up)

Does XTC really need to be brought to the attention of ILM? I'm pretty sure we all know about this band. Dukes of the Stratosphear are the ones that need big-upping IMO.

I consider myself an XTC fan and yet I didn't nominate one single XTC track. I think I voted for one or two in my top 100. Why? Because I love them largely for their lack of really bad songs than for the killer one's. "Skylarking" is one of my favourite albums ever, but not one single track is in my Top 100 tracks ever. However, they may all, more or less, be in my Top 1000 tracks.
