The Blue Nile's "Hats" is classic, but I guess it could be argued they go a bit OTT on that whole "let's evoke a rainy night in Glasgow*" thing. Of seven tracks on the album, three titles (Let's Go Out Tonight, From a Late Night Train, Saturday Night) include the word itself, and two (Headlights on the Parade, The Downtown Lights) imply it. Just for a bit of variation, one ('7a.m.') is set around dawn.
