there's a few seconds of piano at the end of "tomorrow never knows" in this sorta style. what was the first house record to really push this to the fore? marshall jefferson or something>?

The same on the very, very final four or five seconds of the fade of the coda to Strawberry Fields Forever - you have to turn the volume up full to be able to hear it. I assume this was one of Paul's vaudeville habits - maybe every other track has the same thing, I haven't checked?
