Because if there's a poll for Girls Aloud there should be one for the group that made the better albums (till Mutya left anyway)

I actually think my order of preference is exactly chronological, so: One Touch > Angels etc. Though I didn't bother to listen to Sweet 7.

The first four are really close for me though, and then there's a massive gap between those and the rest.

Three > taller in more ways > one touch > angels with dirty faces > anything else.

Voted "Three". "Angels With Dirty Faces" is also great, but the sample sources are a bit too obvious on a couple of the biggest hits.

three > one touch > taller in more ways >>> angels with dirty faces >>>>>>>>>>>>> change >>>>>>>>>>> the other two

three/one touch/taller are really close though - three is just so lush and gorgeous; one touch maybe the album that best captures the essence of being a teenager, like, ever; and taller might have my favourite sugababes songs on it. angels with dirty faces is fine too, just a bit uneven. change is mostly boring but at least has "about you now". the other two, it's like they don't exist.

i still have so much love for mutya, she's like my ideal british pop star

lex pretend, Sunday, 10 April 2011 22:26 (fourteen years ago)

as for as sugababes members go

mutya >> keisha >>>>>> heidi = siobhan (in very different ways) >>>>>> amelle >>>>>>>> jade

I went for Taller In More Ways as it's the most consistent and it contains Two Hearts and Ace Reject which are two of my favourite songs they've done. Three would be a close second, it was the album I really got into them on. The first two albums have some great moments but are a bit more patchy. Change was very dull and based on the singles I didn't bother with the last two albums.

Taller In More Ways was when I stopped paying attention. Voted Three.

I like One Touch but it's a fucked up result when that gets nearly 4 times as many votes as Three, and where (WTF????) Catfights & Spotlights beats Taller In More Ways.

Tim F, Monday, 25 April 2011 00:29 (fourteen years ago)

what bizarre results - i'd assume catfights & spotlights were joke votes but those would be sweet 7 surely. (did that even come out in the end?) (lol i think i have a promo copy of it somewhere that i couldn't bear to listen to.)

one touch is a worthy winner imo - i find it v difficult to compare it to three, which is probably what i voted for, because they're both such strong albums but in totally different ways.

five months pass...

change is obv shit, but is there any love for 'my love is pink'?

its probably xenomanias last great song imo

prego, Thursday, 29 September 2011 20:56 (thirteen years ago)

Don't know if I'd go as far as saying I love "My Love Is Pink," but I definitely like it a lot. For me Xenomania's last great song was "One Touch".

^ that's Mini Viva's "One Touch" BTW.
