i'm sure rappers have been doing this since the beginning of time but i feel like i can't hear a rap song on the radio right now w/o someone doing this & i feel like the imagery is getting increasingly creepier?

it's not a "problem" for me per se for that reason, but it's also obviously symptomatic of dubious and awful attitudes towards women. i mean, i'm not gonna wring my hands over it, but "shrug, whatever" isn't an adequate response either.
