First band-specific thread I've ever started...Not sure if anyone else likes them as much as I do. I had a song from their first album, "Vacation," in my Top 10 last year, and I love most of their new EP, especially "Distance" and "Adversity." Like Yo La Tengo, they might just as well have been called Chuck Eddy's Worst Nightmare. What they do has been done a trillion times before, but I like how they do it.

Clemenza, have you heard their latest album?
It is quite good. It lacks some of the rawness of previous albums but the songs are very beautiful. It is nothing groundbreaking, you are right, but it makes for a good summer album. There is a Wild Nothing feel to it, as well, and I believe they collaborated with Beach Fossils at one point.
