Serious answer, I guess I feel like they're doing something familiar but in a confident, fully-formed way that indicates they might have notable things up their sleeve in the near future.

I do think these guys are a cut above the usual dreamy indie fare. Better melodies for starters.

Saw them recently not having an inkling who they were. Live it's a much more conventional rock setup, guitarist doing way too much Edge type shit. Sounded a lot like Beachhouse.

That's too bad, their more "rock" sounding stuff (eg "Heirloom") is less interesting to me; I'm hoping that's not the way they're headed.
