It is, but "Sorry" is a monster too, and I love the Let It Will Be-Forbidden Love-Jump sequence.

Yeah, I want to vote for Sorry or Jump just for variety but really…

should've left "hung up" off to make it interesting! if that had been the case it would've been between "let it will be" (JUST! WATCH! ME! BURN!) and "jump" (MY SISTERS AND ME~)

the man with guitar mix of "sorry" (iirc this was JLC's original version of the song?) is so much better than the album version that the latter doesn't exist to me.

"forbidden love" always annoyed me because...like, did you forget you already called one of your songs "forbidden love" a decade earlier, madonna? and that the first "forbidden love" was much better?

But I don't think of this album as having songs! It is just one long suite of gorgeousness where one thing flows into another seamlessly.

i associate "like it or not" with being mugged btw (it was not a successful mugging, i was so annoyed at the mugger interrupting madonna that i just yelled at him until he ran away)

I think the one I loved most at the time was "Forbidden Love" ha but I don't have a problem with self plagiarism, not at all, nope.

There's only one song I skip on this album, and that's "I Love NY" because it's just a lyrical clanger too far and a poorly executed glam descend.

I don't have a problem with her making another "Forbidden Love". It is a different song and it is great. I like it better than the first one. My second favorite on this after "Get Together".

I could vote for pretty much any song on this record except for "Isaac" on any day, but I went with "Get Together" since it's my favorite most days.

Ugh, no freaking way. I like this album but I don't know why her fans treat this like it's some of her best work. That either goes to Erotica or Like A Prayer.

i'm not sure if i'd place it that high but i'll take it over anything between 'live to tell' and 'like a prayer' and anything post bedtime stories minus 'beautiful stranger', 'don't tell me', and 'sorry' maybe.

Yes, a lot of it is wholly ridiculous, but that is a large part of what makes it so fun to me
