well it was kind of by design -- he did that T.I. parody when the song was current and now it's just being collected on an album for the first time. i don't think Lynwood had anything that was released years in advance, although the Usher song he was parodying was a good 2+ years old by then. honestly i'd rather him just write whatever parodies he's inspired to write and release them whenever than focus on every track being super timely when he releases an album every few years.
