So, thanks to the magic of the internet, I can now cross "work with one of my Chicago House music idols" off my bucket list.
Last year I added Sterling Void to my Facebook.
This year, I've collaborated on a track with him.
It's a big anthemic vocal thing and it features me singing in my usual boisterous, shouty fashion. Also, pianos. Loads of them.
Would LOVE some feedback from the ILM Vocal House massive on this one. There'll likely be more mixes to come.

Sounds great, makes me want to hear the SV "It's Alright" -- I only know the PSB version.
Did you overdub the vocal harmonies, or are they a product of studio gadgetry? Anyway, very cool track and great job on the vocals!

Thanks! And yes, I overdubbed about 20 tracks of harmonies for this!

Excellent! So good in fact, that you can dial back some of the ableton-ish flange. It doesn't need it!

Yes, I suppose that'd be my only criticism - that some people may assume your voice needs any of that, when really you are pitch perfect, and super crisp.

fantastic harmonies on that first "wonder why" by the way, they enter so sweet it's like a lovely soft light flooding the room
