This is surely an urgent and key thing to attend, and at least I have the advantage of actually knowing where Conway Hall is (though the "bar" is non-existent) unlike grr obscure Hackney dives. Anyone interested in coming?

where is it marcello (nearest tube). when does it start?

I don't know if i'm able to go to gigs until I start working again in october (I sneak to gigs, without my parents knowing, I tell them I'm at work and as I often do work late that is reasonable. I do this because they would get worried if they knew I was walking around London on my own late at night).

Thing is I'm at home this month and haf some time off (just relaxing)so if I can't find a good excuse to go and return home near midnight then I won't be able to go anywhere since october, when I'm back.

Came back from watching AMM. It was truly something but it is too late and i'm tired. In any case, marcello said that he would write something on this beautiful happening. And i am sure he will do this gig justice (no pressure or anything marcello).

It was also great meeting Marcello, it really was. Up to now, I've always watched gigs on my own but I have to say that having watched some improv with mark and marcello has been really fantastic.

I actually got home and started reading church of me (becuz i had to do my report and was so bloody busy for the whole of august I didn't do much posting, any reading, etc.) but we talked abt the w*re and RY's editorial and I'm amazed he had the same disgusted reaction as i did after i read that attack on the lips. I wanted to go deh and burn the place down (W*re HQ).

I didn't think it was an electric shaver though. and I suppose the only thing missing in visual terms was witnessing what keith was doing with his guitar.

ah julio, i was just amusing myself. everyone looked the same! except for the ape guy who i thought was tony oxley. altho!! if you were at the right end of the second row i think you ring a bell. i was on the right end of a middlerow in a red t-shirt sat near another guy in a red t-shirt grr. i was the pretty one.

i enjoyed it very much, but happily the bit that sticks in my mind most on reflection was the 30 seconds of rapt awe the very end before someone started clapping. their nonchalance = fckn badass!
