You mean this Rhapsody? Competent but pretty generic, if you ask me...

DO NOT FEED THE TROLL

M Matos (M Matos), Thursday, 5 September 2002 22:50 (twenty-three years ago)

I fed the troll so the thread would de-bold.

Spencer Chow (spencermfi), Thursday, 5 September 2002 22:58 (twenty-three years ago)

then get thee to "alvarius b(sun city girls)/cerberus shoal" and "RFI: Downey Mildew" and stop feeding the troll

M Matos (M Matos), Thursday, 5 September 2002 23:12 (twenty-three years ago)

but "RFI: Downey Mildew" is worthy of a real answer, and since I'm imagining that Ned is the likely expert, I don't want him to miss it when he gets back from his vacation. However, this thread doesn't deserve to draw eyes. Do you see my strategy now?

Hey!

Rhapsody is a new software. Not a band.

Why the hell woul anyone want to pay $10 a month to STREAM!!! You cant download. You cant burn. Whats the point? Michael Merhej is a sell out money grabbing leech. He took the money and ran instead of fighting in courts like Napster. He just wants the money. Well he isnt getting mine.
I can download for free elsewhere. If i wanted to stream i could for FREE elsewhere too.
Ag is gone. Bye.

There are tools now that can capture a stream and copy it to your hard-drive. They require a beefy CPU, but they do work.

There's a program called Total Recorder which records any sound going through your sound-card (streams, dvd, games etc). I don't even think it's a much of a resource hog
