Slower Drum & Bass

Hi, guys. Please help this D&B newbie out. I've never been a fan of D&B. I just feel it's too frenetic for my taste. But then I heard some tracks from Instra:mental (From the Start & End Credits) and I thought, wow, this is D&B that's actually listenable for me. So, if you can recommend me some releases that fit this criteria I'd be delighted. I keep hearing about this Autonomic thing and I quite enjoyed their Fabriclive on first listen. Their podcasts are too varied for the specific sound that I'm looking for though. Thanks.

also, i discovered this by accident, but the Plaid mix of Studio Pressure - Relics, sounds better on 33 and sped up +4 imo. It also mixes quite well with a Global Communcation track played on 45 instead of 33 but I can't remember which one without finding the 12" for it. I've ripped the Plaid remix at the alternate speed though and uploaded it for you. It sort of falls into the zone I think you're looking for. Let me know what you think. You can probably find the original version on Youtube for comparison.
