got the EP when it came out and I like most of the tracks well enough when they pop u on shuffle but found it problematic to listen to the whole thing straight. Can't remember why. I should give it another shot.

They're kinda second rate electropop. Kinda indistinguishable from Bill Leeb's Delirium, with a lower production budget.

Er, Leeb spells his project Delerium.

That was unduly harsh. I think the issue I had with KSIA is one I have with a lot of electronic songcraft - the absence of emotional affect in the backing requires a bit stronger personality up front (not necessarily diva, just discernible personality) for my engagement. And it does sound like Delerium is their favorite band.
