dunno why spaceghostpurrp never got love on these boards. apart from basedgod, he's the most creative and charismatic of all the new young rappers and rap crews.

his new mixtape is making waves on datpiff, and he's assembled an interesting cadre of young rappers. their aesthetic is very creative and impressively defined. kind of like mystic stylez inspired, but that's really only the jumping off point for what becomes a pretty unique and weirdly consistent sound.

there are lots of good tracks by raider klan affiliates, but the most polished so far is key nyata's "get fucked up".

i have stepped away a fair bit from goony music over the past year or so. i actually became a christian... lol. to that end i've started to get a little disturbed by sgp's relentless nihilism. i can only take it in small doses.

all that being said, though, i still think he's one of the most creative and compelling people working in music. he is incredibly punk; his singularity of vision is impressive!

and, whatever your feelings on him as a rapper/creative visionary, i don't think there's any way to deny his chops as a producer. man can make a beat
