I'm researching music for a project I'm working on, and the person I'm working for is in love with Amon Tobin. I'm not as in love with them, and so I'm looking for other artists similar that I may like more. Complex, melodic, complicated, layered.
Third Eye Foundation is one that I feel might work, but I need a few more.

I am a huge fan of Tobin's labelmates DJ Food, who certainly aren't as hard-edged as Tobin most of the time, but can certainly get there.
