When I first saw that 'Gone Tomorrow' would be on the new Lambchop album Mr. M., I immediately hoped it would be a cover of the Jobriath song. This is not outlandish - their previous (great) covers were as whimsical and freakish as 'This Corrosion" and (Get A) Grip (On Yourself). However, turns out to be a wonderful new song. I love both.
