unfortunately i think this isn't as good as the revenue retrievin's.

it's def less aggro and hyphy but I tend to not know what I think of E-40 albums until second or third listen (altho Graveyard I knew I was in love with on first listen)

I think he's kind of stretching himself thin. I've barely gone back to the Block Brochures, whereas each of the Revenue Retrievin' series stayed on rotation all year long.

I don't think it's really a quality issue though, just extremely overwhelming quantity. I had to move Block Brochures off of my new music playlist simply because it was crowding everything else out.
