When did the Three O'Clock reunite? And is that Sparks hidden down there on day one?

Three O'Clock reunion just happened. And yeah, Sparks are bringing their Ron/Russell-only tour to this, but they've also announced a separate standalone LA show is forthcoming.

Did Blur suddenly become a good live act? Because I saw them twice, and they were bad both times, the first show being one of the worst concerts I have ever spent more than $10 on in my entire life.

Came here specifically to say the most exciting thing for me is Three O'Clock. Sort of hilarious/depressing seeing Rodriguez way down there... he comes through the other side of his unlikely phoenix-like rise to head straight into festival machinery

I'd told myself I wasn't going to go to Prima this year, but now I'm tempted to go for a day ticket and visit my BCN pals while I'm at it. Which day though? I'm already seeing Swans and MBV this year anyway. My girlfriend <3s Blur and Dexys loads. I think Rodriguez would be cool to see.

Ah - I didn't know he'd played Green Man (though I guess it's not a surprise - lots of people critical of that movie have said he's totally been active the last several years).

lol, as mentioned elsewhere on ilx, The Faint have been sporadically releasing albums and touring. Not sure when they were supposed to have dispersed.

Bands that barely toured America and/or had little success here to begin with in not being recognized by young American music fans shocka. OK, not knowing Blur kind of shocks me, but the Stone Roses divide between here and the rest of the world, or at least the UK, is as huge any gap short of Robbie Williams.

tbh i'm not that familiar with the stone roses. in the US they were something that was big for anglophiles in the early 90s? maybe that's even wrong too. but it's not like they were the cure or something.
