wtf

I really don't want to vote for Jessie J, and yet...

that is a weird thing to bring up over lean cuisine (DJP), Tuesday, 29 May 2012 17:03 (thirteen years ago)

oh I didn't see Selena Gomez, phew

that is a weird thing to bring up over lean cuisine (DJP), Tuesday, 29 May 2012 17:03 (thirteen years ago)

I learned to love "Marry the Night" when my two-year-old niece started mimicking the dance moves.

go down on you in a thyatrr (Alfred, Lord Sotosyn), Tuesday, 29 May 2012 17:04 (thirteen years ago)

it's funny to think that "Marry The Night" was almost Gaga's lead single instead of "Born This Way," in which case everyone would have talked about her ripping off J.Lo instead of Madonna

some dude, Tuesday, 29 May 2012 17:08 (thirteen years ago)

i can't even remember what i voted for before i realized "red solo cup" was an option :(

some dude, Tuesday, 29 May 2012 17:15 (thirteen years ago)

I like "Sexy and I Know It", "Marry the Night", "Domino" and "5 O'Clock". Voted for Gaga. Don't get the J-Lo thing.

The Reverend, Tuesday, 29 May 2012 17:40 (thirteen years ago)

Someone Like You.

Marry The Night is the only other thing here that I like even a little bit.

Look at how funky he is! (jer.fairall), Tuesday, 29 May 2012 17:40 (thirteen years ago)

"Marry The Night" = "Waiting For Tonight"

some dude, Tuesday, 29 May 2012 17:41 (thirteen years ago)

Marry the Night > Waiting For Tonight

Nawwww. "Waiting For Tonight" is a better song tho.

The Reverend, Tuesday, 29 May 2012 17:46 (thirteen years ago)

i thought selena gomez would be landsliding this, kmt @ you all

kanye kardashian (lex pretend), Tuesday, 29 May 2012 22:04 (thirteen years ago)

these are the songs i like

1. someone like you (pretty easily)
2. work out
3. 5 o clock (still trip off t pain and lily allen in 2012)
4. glad you came (underrated)
5. love you like a love song
6. domino (despite being a total rip of "california gurls," this song is pretty great)
7. sexy and i know it (it's no "sorry for party rocking")

fapper don (J0rdan S.), Tuesday, 29 May 2012 22:07 (thirteen years ago)

I never thought one of these would come down to Lady Gaga or Toby Keith for me. (Selena Gomez was under consideration, but I'm mostly done with that song)

Johnny Fever, Tuesday, 29 May 2012 22:45 (thirteen years ago)

"Glad You Came" is a song I've never once been glad has come.

The Reverend, Tuesday, 29 May 2012 22:57 (thirteen years ago)

Really like "The One That Got Away."

timellison, Tuesday, 29 May 2012 23:07 (thirteen years ago)

songs i like:

1. love you like a love song
2. marry the night
3. someone like you
4. work out

the rest are varying degrees of unlistenable to me, especially fucking RED SOLO CUP which still puts me in a rage

oh god 5 o'clock also so bad. maybe i am just bitter that booty wurk was not t-pain's breakthrough single for this album cycle. left cheek right cheek etc

teledyldonix, Wednesday, 30 May 2012 17:43 (thirteen years ago)

Automatic thread bump. This poll is closing tomorrow.

System, Tuesday, 5 June 2012 00:01 (thirteen years ago)

5 o clock >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> booty wurk

kel ler/pharmacists (some dude), Tuesday, 5 June 2012 00:57 (thirteen years ago)

"Red Solo Cup" is inescapable in my neck of the woods. This'll be etched on Keith's tombstone.

go down on you in a thyatrr (Alfred, Lord Sotosyn), Tuesday, 5 June 2012 00:58 (thirteen years ago)

T-Pain is back?

skip, Tuesday, 5 June 2012 02:15 (thirteen years ago)

a slight return, one of only a couple top 10 hits he's had in the last 3 years

kel ler/pharmacists (some dude), Tuesday, 5 June 2012 02:20 (thirteen years ago)

Crappy poll, but the Selena Gomez is the best by far.

justfanoe (Greg Fanoe), Tuesday, 5 June 2012 02:56 (thirteen years ago)

my poll's crappy and i know it :(

kel ler/pharmacists (some dude), Tuesday, 5 June 2012 02:57 (thirteen years ago)

the only good thing about "booty wurk" is that the synths sounded like farts

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 5 June 2012 03:19 (thirteen years ago)

also that it reminds me of the much better omarion/wayne song that the beat bites

kel ler/pharmacists (some dude), Tuesday, 5 June 2012 03:24 (thirteen years ago)

I'm going to pretend the Nickelback song is a Cure cover

wait, no argh

WHEY AHR MAH DREGUNS? (DJP), Tuesday, 5 June 2012 12:14 (thirteen years ago)

What? I thought ILM people liked chartpop, but I guess they are first and foremost fans of 90s chartpop then....

The GeirBot (Geir Hongro), Tuesday, 5 June 2012 12:28 (thirteen years ago)

I love chartpop, but this is a really poor selection.

justfanoe (Greg Fanoe), Tuesday, 5 June 2012 13:04 (thirteen years ago)

Selena Gomez.

crüt, Tuesday, 5 June 2012 13:24 (thirteen years ago)

god help me I may vote for The Wanted.

it's like, half a bad old idea, executed poorly

shipl.de.al (some dude), Wednesday, 6 June 2012 01:19 (thirteen years ago)

yes but for which song on this poll does that not hold true?

crüt, Wednesday, 6 June 2012 02:06 (thirteen years ago)

"Red Solo Cup"!

shipl.de.al (some dude), Wednesday, 6 June 2012 02:31 (thirteen years ago)

haha Keith has been writing drinking songs for fifteen years

go down on you in a thyatrr (Alfred, Lord Sotosyn), Wednesday, 6 June 2012 02:32 (thirteen years ago)

of course. but it is a singular song in its execution imo.

shipl.de.al (some dude), Wednesday, 6 June 2012 02:36 (thirteen years ago)

it's true that YouTube was a novelty when "Get Drunk and Be Somebody" was a hit.

go down on you in a thyatrr (Alfred, Lord Sotosyn), Wednesday, 6 June 2012 02:37 (thirteen years ago)

wait a min, people like nickelback?

it looks like something rupert the bear would wear (Algerian Goalkeeper), Wednesday, 6 June 2012 11:55 (thirteen years ago)

<3 "love you like a love song"

it sounds like a russian mail order android bride trying to feign romance and emotion and it is a beautiful thing

kanye kardashian (lex pretend), Wednesday, 6 June 2012 11:58 (thirteen years ago)

yeah i'm surprised by this as you are, i'm treated as 'the guy who listens to Nickelback-type stuff' around here and i don't remember if i've even heard "Lullaby." guess it's just 'hilarious' joke votes.

shipl.de.al (some dude), Wednesday, 6 June 2012 13:13 (thirteen years ago)

all 6 though? I'm not surprised that anyone who likes them or just this song even wouldn't publicly admit it for the scorn they would get. Can't say I've heard it either.
So lets all suffer together
