I would vote for "ostrock" if I had a guarantee that it is a genre exclusively dediciated to music about, or made by, ostriches.

between anatolian, psychedelic, and kraut for me, but the latter two can mean a wide variety of styles - whereas I tend to associate anatolian with a more specific sound - which is one of my all time, so went with that

Didn't know British pub rock and Australian pub rock were entirely different genres

Wikipedia is amongst those that insist "rock and roll" and "rock" are not synonymous - can't decide myself if this is true of not.
