I just discovered that the improvisatory performance poet Copernicus has had most of his catalogue reissued on MoonJune over the last couple of years http://copernicusonline.net/discography.html

Have been hoping to get a replacement copy of his 3rd lp Deeper especially, since i lost the vinyl in the late 90s. Not come across copies on cd previously. So glad to see these out.

Just wondering if other people are familiar with his work.

I was thinking about him at the end of the year for some reason! Remember first encountering him around the time I learned about Jandek via college radio in UCLA, but the latter was the one with the actual cult.

I only listened to 'Deeper' once, right after it came out. But I'll never forget listening to it, and I know I kept my copy.

Was very into Son Of A Bitch From The NOrth, unfortunately that was the only lp I grabbed when I came across several of his early ones.
I think it was in the Dublin Tower flood sale, though maybe it was in a sale in the shop, presumably also a Tower at the time, at Piccadilly Circus.
Just trying to think exactly when I picked it up, though I don't think that shop became Virgin, then Zavvi until I'd left Dublin which would make it too late to be either.

Grabbed a copy of Nothing Exists cos it was going cheap online, planning to get the next 2. Not sure what else I need.
Looks like the Live in Prague dvd recorded in '89 might be something very worth checking out. Anybody seen that?
