IIRC, the artists with stars next to them were docked wimpiness points for being proud of it? Morrissey might win anyway!

Tbh, though, I'm not even really sure what 'wimpiness' means here. I sort of get it in the case of a band like Bon Jovi that was marketed as a heavy rock band but were pretty soft much of the time. Seems like a bizarre criticism of Sade or 10 000 Maniacs though.
