Really this is just an excuse for me to post links to TPL posts about these sorts of records, since there'll be quite a few coming up in the early eighties before the NOW juggernaut runs them out of town.
Of course you weren't REALLY getting one free, just a slightly cheaper double album, but this one wasn't bad at all.

i was intrigued by that "no shirt, braces" style
Beggar & Co. rather. guy with no shirt looked like he should be "Beggar"
dave lee roth was pretty big on no shirt, braces and gloves too, but van halen were no reo speedwagon, that's for sure
