Should "Live in..."-esque album titles count (i.e. Dolphy and Pearl Jam)?

In some cases, titles like those two were the best I could come up with. I remember finding lots of titles with "Washington" in them on amazon.com, with almost none of them referring to the state rather than someone's last name, like Dinah Washington. (Though that doesn't explain Patsy Montana's appearance on the list.)

There may not be an actual state in the album's title, but Neil Hamburger's "50 States 50 Laughs" has a track titled for every state in the union. Even North Dakota.
