Aphex Twin's fast mix of Seefeel's Time to Find Me -how do you rate it?

iirc there was a fast mix and a slow mix that sounded almost identical (apart from the tempo) and were OK, but I preferred the track on the other side which I don't think was done by Aphex (called Sine Bubble something or other).

As a fan, I don't remember it too well. Then again I don't listen to 23 Mixes for Cash that much. Maybe I should! :-)

As an Aphex stan who loves Seefeel I always felt I ought to like this pair of remixes a lot more than I do. The fast mix starts off pleasingly like a Mouse on Mars dub track of a similar era, but doesn't go anywhere and isn't as immersive as MoM, as Seefeel themselves, as Aphex's best ambient work. Going with "okay".

yeah I felt bad about that phrasing, I like lots of tracks (hell, entire albums) that don't go anywhere. but this one just seems to have something missing for me. dunno why as I like all the component noises well enough.
