Also has anyone heard the vinyl releases by Shapednoise and Yves de Mey? I've been meaning to check them out but haven't yet

i didn't like the shapednoise that much. yves de mey is cool.

as for the new batch, i listened to 3 of the releases yesterday on bandcamp, and i must say the oobe tape might be my favourite release from opal so far - on par with lumigraph and 1991, i guess.
