Good songs. Almost voted for the Dead, actually, because that's a sweet song. The Bruce is all-time, but I still had to vote Robert Palmer -- an amazingly sleazy vocal, he was a great singer.

(By Bruce I mean Springsteen, not Willis. And by "good songs," I mean some of them...)

Between the three Bruces, I think I'd actually vote for the other one (if it'd been "Tunnel of Love," no). Anyway, "Touch of Grey." I like some of the rest fine. Horrifying forever: Europe.

Might vote for Shake You Down, since the opportunity to do so doesn't arise very often.

Expected more people--hell, anyone--to be repping for "Fight For Your Right." I won't be.

Holy shit, I wasn't sure I knew the Abbott, so listened to it, and when I hit the chorus, blam, there it is. I don't think I've heard this since 1988.

Not a bad list of jams for a year or two before the worst years in pop music ever.

Voted Gregory Abbott. Because any chance I can to vote for it in these polls I will.

jetfan, Tuesday, 16 July 2013 01:22 (twelve years ago)

"I Just Can't Stop Loving You" a) isn't my fave Bad single by a good distance, and b) retains the gross spoken word bit from the album version here, so no.
