haven't heard this in forever, but i remember enjoying a c.90 live tv version that i can't now find. was more "traditional", iirc, piano, maybe strings a/o horns? (did this really exist? can anyone back me up?) anyway, i dug it in whatever form, much more so than brick by brick, the then-current solo iggy album.

watching the video now... the initial cringe factor was high, but their cheerful goofiness won me over quickly. and yeah, the conversation in the middle is the best part.
