It strikes me as undeniable that this is the song of the year.
― Matt DC, Friday, 6 September 2013 07:58 (eleven years ago)
The guy singing the Stonehenge song is like a Norwegian Paul Rudd imo.
I'm not going to call this the song of the summer or the year yet. I'll come back to it in a week and see if it's lost any magic.

xp Gangnam Style was a song like any other song, by an artist with a long career, which just turned into a viral meme thing. This is a comedy show comedy song. They're not the same thing but you won't like it.

why they're 100x better than lonely island is because they play it so straight, like andy samberg should just wear a trucker hat that says IM BEING FUNNY!!! in their videos

Kinda key:
Where did the idea for the song come from?I’m trying to remember. The way we work is we just sit and talk about everything and get ideas and take some notes. I guess we must have been talking about what kind of sound the fox makes. And then we had a chance to work with Stargate, a production company in New York City, they've produced for Beyonce and Rihanna--they’re Norweigans but based in the U.S.. We actually did a favor for them and we asked them if they could produce a song for us for the next season in exchange. And we assumed that they would turn down the offer because it wasn't a very good offer for them. But somehow they said yes.

my coworker played this for his 4 year old daughter and 2 year old son - apparently it's turned into a game daughter now points to family members and says WHAT DOES THE FOX SAY and they have to make noises from the song or make up new noises. 2 year old bursts out laughing every time he hears it. <3

Just heard this song on the radio here in Mexico. I thought it was a Lonely Island song for a moment. Saw the video and I also thought it was Paul Rudd taking the piss until I learnt they were Norwegian.
I get it's supposed to be funny but I find this song super annoying. Reminds me of this other nonsensical hit 'Macaron Chacaron' (it was unfortunately big in latinamerica, don't know about the rest of the world).
