good quality video websites?

Has anyone had any luck finding websites that provide good to high-quality music videos (downloadable or streaming)? I'm looking for mostly top-40/urban stuff. Thanks!

I dunno what your definition of "high quality" is but the Media Player versions on "broadband" setting look pretty good to me.
