His previous albums seemed a bit amateurish for me, but this new one is quite melodically rich and spacious. Definitely a wonderful surprise on the techno front. A bit of an expensive vinyl purchase at 4x12", though.

Love this album. I think I know what you mean by amateurish ("Escapements" was, uh, bleepy although I really liked it) but his newer stuff is more lush and flows better, even though the track lengths are getting longer.

I love Escapements, I once nearly lost it when Holden put "Oasis" (Gavin Russom Remix) on in the middle of a set. Looking forward to picking up the new one!

I've enjoyed his last couple of albums but I always feel he could get away with dialling up the melodic opulence, so I'm looking forward to this.

Bit wibbly for me, although immaculately produced. I think I preferred 'Ideas From The Pond'.
