I just discovered him via his new album Israel Nash's Rain Plans. Rarely have I listened to music as eclectic. First I thought I didn't know Neil Young had a new record out. The thing is the album is absolutely lovely, the fuzzy psychedelic guitar jams, the great tunes. They sound as if I had heard them before, they must come from the deep cosmic unconscious. There is not so much info on him on the net, it seems as if he is more successful in Europe than in the US, a couple of his albums have been released on Blue Rose, a German folk/roots label which favours Americana.

you are right that he is very similar too neil young, nostormo, but you are wrong in your conclusion. israel nash is actually better than neil young. at least in the present.
