I really love the Springsteen version now. I remember the first time ever really sitting and listening to the whole thing it was around Christmas and I was driving into NYC with some friends and was just taken aback by this quite dumb song that Bruce was selling the hell out of. He's singing about Santa Claus like he is the most amazing, rocking, awesome badass to ever live.
