Oh yes! Certain albums (The Jesus and Mary Chain's Psychocandy or Magnetic Field's very first album for instance) have this effect on me, where I literally roll over on my back and waggle my arms and legs in the air in sheer delight. Some of my friends have witnessed this. It really disturbs them.
