recording interviews on iphone

Anyone out there record interviews on their iPhone? Is there an app or something that does this kind of thing easily and well? Or something I can buy at Radio Shack or whatever?

I've poked around trying to find a solution and it's more challenging than I'd imagined. I know the laws about recording phone conversations varies from state to state, blah blah. Everything I'm doing is legal.

Interested to hear what you all do. (I've been doing interviews and recording on a landline but that's going away.)

I use an app called ipadio. It has some hitches -- you have to make the call to the interviewee, and sometimes you have to dial the 888 number 2 or 3 times in a row, which is nerve-wracking -- but it works pretty well.

Best bet is skype on your computer.

my Skype experience pretty much stops at talking face-to-face w/ my mom three time zones away. can i just call phones with it?
