"Lowdown" vs. "Don't Stop" vs. "Couldn't Get It Right"

That's So (Eazy), Saturday, 15 February 2014 03:27 (twelve years ago)

This is probably between "Let 'Em In", "You Sexy Thing" and "Lowdown" for me

Frontier Psychiatrist, Saturday, 15 February 2014 03:37 (twelve years ago)

scaggs over bishop

Consider what the youth of this year endured: a former Beatle writing, producing, and arranging a contorted ode to a doorbell.

Bryan Fairy (Alfred, Lord Sotosyn), Saturday, 15 February 2014 03:49 (twelve years ago)

Hadn't heard of Starbuck until I created this poll, but having just looked up "Moonlight" I can say it's certainly an enjoyable listen (can't go wrong with a marimba solo)

Frontier Psychiatrist, Saturday, 15 February 2014 04:12 (twelve years ago)

Hard to believe that "You Sexy Thing" was an actual song and that it didn't just arrive fully formed in some stupid commercial

voodoo chili, Saturday, 15 February 2014 04:15 (twelve years ago)

Kinda surprising myself, but I'm going with "Couldn't Get It Right."

There's a slowed-down/messed-up/Traktored version of "Fooled Around and Fell in Love" that is absolutely hilarious -- I can't remember where I downloaded it from, probably WFMU. I haven't been able to find it again on the web -- might put it on youtube if I can figure out how.

lowdown v. fooled around and fell in love v. moonlight feels right v. dazz is a hard decision.

Daniel, Esq 2, Saturday, 15 February 2014 21:48 (twelve years ago)

"Dazz" was on my wedding playlist, i was worried it might be a little too obscure for the dancefloor but people got down

some dude, Saturday, 15 February 2014 21:59 (twelve years ago)

it's infectious, and has a high "cool-factor."

Daniel, Esq 2, Saturday, 15 February 2014 22:07 (twelve years ago)

I pretty much like all of these, even though the cream is most likely Boz, Hot Chocolate, Elvin Bishop (Mickey Thomas vocals), Dorothy Moore. So I voted for Boz.

Do not get the 'meh' about 'Moonlight Feels Right'. I am actually in love with that song.

"Here You Come Again" is maybe the cutest song ever.
