btw tiffany has a line of frames now that are really cute - they are navy w/ the tiffany blue accent on the inside. i really liked their shapes, too. but $$$$....

it's coastal contacts free glasses day! Ordered the purple ones I've been eyeing for months. Paid extra for coatings, etc so not free. But still an amazing deal! I hope they look ok!!

jenny, those derek cardigans with the divide/multiply sign on them. do you think you could you cover the symbols with a sharpie or are they too big/prominent? your thoughts?

Hmmmm I don't think that would work because you'd still be able to discern them and it would look like you colored your glasses with a Sharpie. It's not as noticeable as I feared, however.

clubmasters are cool! nabisco will probably recommend shuron ronsirs as a great cheap way to get combo frames if you want them.

I have a pair of combo frames, they look better as an object of aesthetic worth than they do on my face, sadly

I like a ton of sunglasses but it's so hard to know if they'll look good on your head. I'm looking for ones with circular or oval lenses, maybe gold wireframe with tortoiseshell trim. but it's pretty low on my list of demands.

I'm horrible at picking out sunglasses. I can never shake the feeling that I ought to be also wearing a fedora at a video arcade.

Or me. I've done it and then fucked up eyes to the point where I wasn't allowed to wear contacts for a year. DO NOT BE LIKE ME ANDREW! Put new ones in asap. Better yet, let you eyes breathe for a couple days before doing so.
