looks heavy for a board shirt and there's something weird with the collar, but yeah pendleton is it to first order

Hmm. I dug around on the net and found some ladies pendletons from the 60s with patterns sort of like that, but could not find something close to that for men

fwiw I like quilted shirt jackets but not quilted jacket jackets -- somehow they look like jacket liners that are also jackets to me.
