I’m in the same boat, ENBB! No idea where to start. Never been a sneaker gal but thanks to various body parts breaking down, it is now time.

i know this is going to be a heavy lift for the non sneaker experienced but just wear some cool nikes dont go for some trying to be classy half sneaker half shoe shit plz, or maybe some classic canvas units cld work for the summer (most have updated versions with comfy modern sole technology if u need that)

Yeah that's dumb as shit. I mean pre-distressed is generally dumb, but it can take months or years to get a good fade starting from a pair of new selvege jeans. White sneakers will get dirty in like a couple weeks of wear if you don't clean them.
