A thread where we imagine and describe clothing items we'd like to wear (and maybe Ilxors can help us track such things down?)

Bit of an experiment this one.

Sometimes I'll be looking for a very specific type of item to complete an outfit or look. But somehow internet searches and physical trawls throw up very little, things that aren't quite right, or it's just insanely expensive and also not quite right.

- Dark brown, wide-leg, pleated trousers/pants, preferably a lightweight cotton or linen, to wear to smart/casual summer parties and events - preferably not jeans, might accept chinos. - A white/ecru overshirt that's mid-to-longline in length. I'd wear this over an oversized t-shirt and baggy light-coloured jeans for a flowy, skaterish look. I love an overshirt/jacket/chore coat, but I really think they'd sometimes look great if they came down to the hip or a little past it
