I did a show for him, once in Paris of all places (odd for an Italian) that wasn't runway but consisted of us (models) walking through the throng. It was like a cocktail party and we did it almost like showroom. It was fun. People were even so bold as to stop us and check out fabrics.

This is cool but linky is brokey. I spent most of summer 1988 totally lusting over a black Gigli suit in the sale rack at Dayton's but when I'd finally saved the $150 and went to buy it...gone. I had to make do with the perfume. Why did he drop off the face of the earth, usual fashion-production hassle reasons? I forget.
