Great Moments In Fashion: early-to-mid 1990's edition

I was watching Wes Craven's New Nightmare the other day and realized how specifically dated Heather Langencamp's outfit was:

The looooong suit/dress thing with the bit of skirt underneath, and the purse with the thin strap/chain that hangs at your thigh. I really wish someone would overhaul the whole "20-year-cycle" thing and just jump the gun and re-approach it now.

ok i most def had the kelly outfit here, several versions. when i go home @ christmas going to see how many of those oversized blazers i still have.. hopefully kept a couple

guess what I've seen once or twice on girls around here: long jacket, short skirt, with a thin strapped purse over the shoulder. The early 90s are creeping back. I wonder if the late 90s will ever make a "come back"? if that's the case, what the hell would people wear, baggy khakis?
