I haven't worn clothes in 3 years.

estelawolf (The Reverend), Thursday, 7 January 2010 07:38 (fifteen years ago)

I actually do hate that construction. I don't have a lot of shoulder, so they never fit me. They always feel funny, somehow.

My WPRB raglan is like one of my favorite shirts ever

Dinosauciers (los blue jeans), Friday, 8 January 2010 00:10 (fifteen years ago)

tehresa just put it on a hanger, yo.
no folding necessary

Meteor Crater (jdchurchill), Friday, 8 January 2010 00:58 (fifteen years ago)

not a hanger-worthy shirt imo.

s1ocki seconds (tehresa), Friday, 8 January 2010 00:59 (fifteen years ago)

not really o/t but i kind of want one of those plastic folding shirt ~things~ that j.garo's character uses when shes wasting her early 20s folding shit @ the gap in reality bites

google "haters gonna hate.gif" and it will all make sense (Lamp), Friday, 8 January 2010 02:18 (fifteen years ago)

or you could just buy shirts that fold along SEAMS instead of being ridiculous tubes that have no clear folding spot.

s1ocki seconds (tehresa), Friday, 8 January 2010 02:26 (fifteen years ago)

i dont really think theyre that hard 2 fold? i can never really get that crisp a fold w/any of my sweaters

lol had to stop and think i think - for these - i fold vertically folding the sleeves in... argh this is bothering me now

Annotate your shirt folding thusly:

1. Fold shirt vertically
2. Fold sleeves towards bottom
3. Fold shirt horizontally

Dinosauciers (los blue jeans), Friday, 8 January 2010 03:12 (fifteen years ago)

i looooved these shirts in high school because i was always running into shirts that were either too tight in the shoulders or too big everywhere else (yeah, i do have a lot of shoulder i guess). i was going to say "haven't seen them in years" but actually i bought a sweater with them a couple weeks ago, don't see how folding it is a problem though.

Maria, Friday, 8 January 2010 03:15 (fifteen years ago)

1. hold shirt by top shoulder seams
2. shake to flatten/get proper drape
3. fold sleeves inward to back
4. fold in half horizontally
4a. fold in half horizontally again if shirt is still too big on folded position

s1ocki seconds (tehresa), Friday, 8 January 2010 03:15 (fifteen years ago)

2 also accomplishes getting out wrinkles.

s1ocki seconds (tehresa), Friday, 8 January 2010 03:16 (fifteen years ago)

or preventing them!

s1ocki seconds (tehresa), Friday, 8 January 2010 03:16 (fifteen years ago)

1. throw on floor

♖♕♖ (am0n), Friday, 8 January 2010 04:27 (fifteen years ago)

can i just say as someone who spends a large portion of their work day folding clothes: folding shirts without seams - tryin to get it crisp and nice for display - is a FUCKA
