Old lady sitting on the tram in a lovely pressed floral smock and comfortable shoes, so elderly that she spilled all her library cards on the floor and couldn't bend down to pick them up, reading an entertainment magazine on an iPad. She was flicking and tapping through that mean boy like a pro.
