I absolutely *love* that picture. But best outfit in what way? What would *I* wear? Totally Lou's outfit, I love those colours, in fact, I had a dress almost identical to that shirt which I wore with indigo velvet leggings. But it looks ridiculous on him. What looks best on *them*? Totally Doug. Though I don't think I could *ever* vote for Doug in a Velvets poll, just because.
