Why does everyone think this show is so good? I mean, I analyzed it using the humor scale developed by Hans Schlemminwinger at the Bavarian Humor Institure. It only rates a 9.1. Even Gomer Pyle gets a 27.5. This show is waaaaay overrated.

Ok, ok, this post is just an elaborate hoax. I love the Simpsons more than my left nut (right one wins by a hair:)
Does anyone not like them at all, at any time in the show's history?
I would like to meet such a person.

The Simpsons is the most annoying stupid piece of shit I've seen. Most of the characters are also major knock offs of ones on "Married with Children."

I don't find the Simpson's funny. I think it is stupid, but you seem to think I am stupid and obviously don't get it. What is there to get? Like I said, I am a fan of the parody...South Park etc... if you really want to know what comedies I cherish, I'd have to say my two all time favorite sitcoms are "All in the Family" and "I love Lucy". You can't get any more classic than that. I am also a big fan of South Park because there is still a part of me that is a teenager that giggles whenever someone says, "do it". As far as movies goes. Classic 80s angst teen movies like The Brekfast Club get me going... but I also enjoy Young Frankenstein and Airplane and the like. Am I stupid? I don't really think so. That's just what I find funny, and the Simps definitely aren't it.

I've seen the Simpsons, and I still watch it some to try an find any episode that is funny at all. It's just as tastless as any MWC episode, and if you watch a MWC episode then a Simpsons one aired about 2 years later you will see many similarities.
