people under 25 with too much disposable income
do you remember this thin slice of history? it seemed like every bar had decks, music stores were doing really well. of course it was all crappy drum 'n bass or whatever people were into then. too much money floating around and we were just entering the napster era but it way too much trouble to download or burn CDs.
