i mean fair enough, racism/discrimination is very wrong, however, the way tv etc goes out of it's way to make sure it's so politically correct, especially in america, not having a go etc, just saying it's not really as necessary as it's made out to be. >:| blahsblasakb

I despise political correctness. I'm not a bigot but one of the very things that PC attitudes are meant to embrace - freedom of thought and expression - are completely hindered by it! I'm black, I used to date a white guy. We jokingly called each other the nigger and the honky...we'd be shot for saying that in public anymore. But it was really inoffensive fun.

one year passes...

my teacher told me today that he had been told that he could not use the word brain storm, and had to use the word mindstorm or something similar i can remember it, and a relative in america seems to have the indea that oriental is also offensive, i cant understand why,but as i am half oriental i find being refered to as asian offensive as it is untrue, if this continues we will all end up with realy small vocabularys like the americans, and why should you have to call christmas hollidays or some whacked out weirdos in some part of the world will complain,who gives a shit if some intolerant people who get anoyed about that word say not to say it.
